Acting Consul-General, Kesanee Palanuwongse, together with Team Thailand in Sydney, organized the candlelight vigil ceremony in hounour of H.M. the King on 2 December 2013 at Buddharangsee Temple.

     On 4 Dec, Acting Consul-General, also hosted the National Day Reception at Amora Hotel, by which Senator Trevor Khan, as representative from the New South Wales Premier and Government, be the Guest of Honour. Many members of the consular corps, business persons, politicians on both the Government and the Opposition, and the leaders of the Thai community have participated in the auspicious event.
