On 1st October 2014, Mr. Vasin Ruangrateepsaeng, Minister, attended the dinner reception which was held by DFAT in order to congratulate international and Australian participants who completed the “International Participation in Graduate Training Program (IPGT)” between 6 August and 1 October 2014. Ms Gillian Bird, Deputy Secretary, presided at the opening ceremony. Ambassadors and Embassy representatives of the participants also attended the event.
