On 23 October 2014, H.E. Mr. Panyarak Poolthup, Ambassador of Thailand to Vietnam welcomed H.E. General Surasak Karnjanarat, Minister of Labour of Thailand who visited Vietnam to attend the 10th ASEAN Skills Competition in Hanoi.  The Ambassador together with Team Thailand in Hanoi and officials of the Royal Thai Embassy hosted a luncheon in honour of H.E. the Minister of Labour and his delegation. The Ambassador of Thailand also participated in the opening ceremony of 10th ASEAN Skills Competition.
