On 28 – 29 January 2019, The Royal Thai Embassy, Team Thailand and the Royal Thai Honorary Consulate in Guadalajara jointly organized a series of trade, academic and cultural events to promote Thailand. The Thailand Week featured the Second Information sSession for Travel Agencies to promote Thailand tourism, the Meeting with the Mexican rubber industry to explore trade opportunities in the rubber industry for Thai exporters, the opening ceremony of the Thailand Photo Exhibition at Andares Luxury Mall, the Presentation of the Book “Desde Bangkok” written by a former Mexican diplomat who lived in Thailand at the University of Guadalajara, and the Thai Cuisine Workshop by a Thai chef at Universidad Panamericana. 

 

            All the activities drew great attention of the Mexican public and received good media coverage.
