On 30 October 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang organised the 7th-day merit-making ceremony dedicated to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at Wat Chayamangkalaram, to express deepest condolences and commemorate Her Majesty’s immeasurable royal grace. In this event, Phra Khru Palat Preecha Prinyano presided over the ceremony for the monks, and H.E. Mr. Psusist Wongsurawat, Consul-General of Thailand in Penang, presided for the seculars with the presence of officials, staffs, and family members of the Consulate-General and Thai communities in Penang.

The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang will also organise 15th-day, 50th-day and 100th-day merit-making ceremony dedicated to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, the dates of which will be announced further.
