On 25 June 2025, Mr. Chetthaphan Maksamphan, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, chaired a meeting of the Rapid Response Center (RRC) at the Department of Consular Affairs, with relevant agencies including Royal Thai Police, Royal Thai Armed Forces, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Transport, Suvarnabhumi Airport Authority, Thai Airways, the Thai Red Cross Society, and the Thai Embassies in the Middle East.

The meeting shared and considered the updated developments of the situation as well as assistance for Thai nationals, while underscoring the importance of collaboration and communication.
The Department of Consular Affairs has also developed the “Thai Consular” application as another channel for consular services, assistance, facilitation, and in reaching all Thai communities abroad.
