On 8 May 2025, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and Ms. Jolene Tan, Director-General of the Technical Cooperation Directorate (TCD), MFA of Singapore, co-chaired the 11th Technical Cooperation Meeting between TICA and TCD at Vie Hotel Bangkok. Both countries have jointly organized the Thailand-Singapore Third Country Training Programme (TH-SG TCTP) since 1997.

Both sides reviewed the 2023/2024 TH-SG TCTP Workplan, exchanged views and agreed on the 2025/2026 Workplan, while discussing possible thematic areas for the 2026/2027 Workplan. They also exchanged views on cooperation to design the most efficient programs for participants of their training courses. On this occasion, TICA and TCD also discussed their commemorative activities for the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Singapore.
