On 13 September 2025, Ambassador Arunrung Phothong Humphreys assigned Artsith Katawetawaraks, Counsellor to attend a seminar on "Buddhist Spiritual Care" organized by the Swedish Buddhist Community with the goal of increasing knowledge and understanding of counselling and care based on Buddhist psychology for those who are in suffering and for the terminally ill patients. The seminar featured speakers from Thailand's Kilana Dhamma group and the Faculty of Humanities, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University.

Attendees included Buddhist monks and clergy from various nationalities and sects, volunteers who visit patients, and practitioners from different organizations in Sweden who work in mental healthcare for patients and the terminally ill across the country, as well as international academics. The event, held from September 13–14, included online lectures by speakers from Thailand and on-site practical activities for the participants.
