On 20 April 2013, H.E. Warawudh Chuwiruch, Thai Ambassador to the UAE, and Mr. Thosaporn Moonlasartsathorn, Thai Consul-General to Dubai, attended a reception at Ritz-Carlton Dubai Marina Hotel in order to launch the Ritz-Carlton Residences Bangkok.  The event was organized by PACE Development, developer and marketer of the Ritz-Carlton Residences Bangkok, and was participated by 150 leading businessmen and members from the media.

     In his keynote speech as Guest of Honour, the Ambassador invited foreigners to invest in Thailand, a solid economy with the world’s fastest growing stock market in the past 3 years and excellent rankings for “Ease of Doing Business”.  Thailand will also become the centre of ASEAN Economic Community in 2015, the same year when the Maha Nakhon building, home of Ritz-Carlton Residences Bangkok, will be completely constructed and become Bangkok’s tallest skyscraper.
