On 28 June 2013, Lt. Col. Panya Mamen, Head of the Office of Forensic Science, Royal Thai Police, led a delegation to pay courtesy call on the Ambassador at his residence. The call was made during the visit of the delegation to the Russian Federation from 26 June – 3 July 2013, with the aim to having a discussion with the Security Committee of the State Duma and enhancing bilateral cooperation with Russian security agencies.
