On 3 September 2013, Mr. Thosaportn Moonlasartsathorn, Consul-General of Thailand to Dubai and the Northern Emirates, attended the Press Conference of "Thailand Kitchen of the World", organized by the Thai Trade Center in Dubai. 

     "Thailand Kitchen of the World" was organized with the aim to promote Thai food, Thai fruits and agriculture products, as a part of the Royal Thai Government's initiative to position Thailand as the hub of food and agriculture products of the world.   

     Additionally, the event was organized to introduce Thai restaurants in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, as well as to launch a special campaign to promote Thai fruits in Dubai, where consumers and the lovers of Thai fruits can taste the exotic Thai fruits at the participating restaurants during the period of the campaign.
