On 10 January 2014 the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Dubai organized the National Children's Day 2013 Fair and the monthly Friday bazaar at the Consulate-General.  The event hosted  over 200 participants including the Thai youths and their parents.

     H.E. Thosaporn Moonlasartsathorn, Consul-General of Thailand to Dubai and the Northern Emirates opened the fair with a short remarks emphasizing the importance for the overseas-born Thai youth to be proud of their Thai heritage and to use their cross-culture advantage to promote the Thai culture and tradition abroad.

     The 2014 National Children's Day in Dubai allowed the youth to demonstrate their talents and abilities through activities such as quizzes and games.  In addition, representative of the weekend Thai Language and Culture School, under the sponsorship of the Consulate-General, also demonstrated their talents through classical Thai musical and traditional performances.
