On 3^rd April 2014 Madame Paschanok Jiamboonsri, wife of the Thai Consul – General to Antananarivo organised a tea party at the Residence to welcome the leading Ladies Association of Madagascar (The Wednesday Morning Group -(WMG), being established in 1963. The tea party was organised  with a view  to promoting the delicacy of  Thai dessert  and the art of vegetable and fruit carving internationally and particularly in Madagascar. The President of The Wednesday Morning Goup (Madame Yda Nathoo) led her delegation to the Thai Residence along with Madame Widyanti WARGADINATA, wife of Indonesian Chargé d’Affaires to Antananarivo
