The wonder of Thai Cultural Performances in the Thai Cultural Spring Festival—The Royal Thai Embassy in Prague is organizing ‘Thai Cultural Spring Festival 2014 in Prague’ to promote the beauty of Thai culture in the Czech Republic. 

     Several cultural shows will be held throughout the year 2014 in order to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Thailand and the Czech Republic. The Festival started with the Thai cultural performance, specially organized on the evening of April 22nd at the Congress Hall, Ambassador ZlataHusa Hotel. 

     The performance was brought lively and impressively by Bunditpatanasilpa Institute, Ministry of Culture, and the SaiSema Marionette Foundation with a large number of shows, such as Khon: Episode of the Pursuit of SupannaMatcha, Kinnari Dance, Manohra Dance, Sri-Chai-Ya-Sing Dance, Rice Blessing Dance, KlongSabad Chai-Fon Khan Dok Dance, Thai Boxing Dance, KrathopSark Dance and the marionette show ‘Chao Ngor’. 

     The performance did impress and attract great attention of the Czechs and the diplomatic corp in Prague, as well as create a very successful start of the celebration series on this auspicious occasion of our two countries.
