On 11 May 2015, H.E. Mr. Kiattikhun Chartprasert, Ambassador of Thailand to Sweden, attended a ceremony to hand over the exequatur to Mr. Enn Pant which authorizes him to perform his duty as Honorary Consul of Thailand in Tallinn. The ceremony was held at Tallinn Spa & Conference Hotel, Estonia and Mr. Enn Pant was given the exequatur by H. E. Mr. Alar Streimann, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia. There were around 30 guests attending the ceremony including H.E. Mr. Rachanant Thananant, Ambassador of Thailand to Finland,   Mr. Andres Unga,  Ambassador of Estonia to Thailand with residence in Tallinn, Mr. Toomas Kahur, Director General of State Protocol Department, Ms. Pakkanan Winijchai , Director of Tourism Authority of Thailand in Stockholm, representatives from the Estonian Foreign Ministry as well as representatives from the private sector.
