On 22 May 2025, H.E. Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, Minister of Foreign Affairs presided over the reception to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended by members of the diplomatic corps, former high-level officials of the Ministry, and members of the media at Vithes Samosorn. Foreign Minister Maris delivered a keynote address, emphasizing Thailand’s diplomatic approach, which has been guided by flexibility, stability, and a commitment to peace and cooperation amidst changing global landscape. He also opened a special exhibition on the said auspicious occasion.
