The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang organised a Wreath Laying Ceremony on the Occasion of the Memorial Day of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn (King Rama V). On this occasion, H.E. Mr. Psusist Wongsurawat, Consul-General of Thailand in Penang, presided over the ceremony and led the officials, staffs, and family members of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang to pay homage to His Majesty King Chulalongkorn.
